Just trying to rewire myself to try the tea first whenever I want to eat sweet. It's funny how I crave things I normally wouldn't now that I can't have any of it . . .
So with you on this one! I've developed quite a tea habit these last 52 days.
If you can find it, I highly recommend Celestial Seasonings English Toffee. It's the total fake out for a sweet craving -- tastes like warm, toffee drizzled muffins.

I like the Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Bliss for the no guilt sweet fix. Your body is sending signals for salt and sugar, it might be trying to fatten itself up for the cold weather.
Mmm! I wish I had known about the English toffee flavour last week. There was Celestial Tea stand at the Yoga show last weekend and I didnt look for the toffee flavour. Shame I missed it, sounds delic!
The Peak Condition Project is a program created by wellness expert Patrick Reynolds and fitness trainer Chen Zhongtao.
