Believe me, my v-sits weren't pretty. But what the hey, I threw in some 8-minute abs anyway.

Now I'm on an exercise adrenaline high . . . which should get me through just long enough to make tomorrow's lunch before I sllllooooowwwwwllllllllllyyyyyyyy crash and burn. . . .

What's Capoeira abs like?
ReplyDeleteSame as regular abs—sometimes at the end of class, the teacher has each student pick a different ab exercise for a set of 20-30. Obviously, the level of difficulty is dictated by the number of students in class (up to 20). Last night, we did sets of various types of push-ups in b/w.
